Expanding technological education and skills to every part of Bangladesh is essential to building a developed country. The foundation of technological knowledge begins with computer education. Today, computer literacy is highly valued in all areas of life, from education to professional fields. SIMEC Foundation is concerned about this fact and wants to train people in computer education.

To expand this technological education, SIMEC Foundation has established “Kalam Mandal Computer Training Center” to help the underprivileged yet motivated students. Through this program, students can receive free short and long-term training and employment opportunities.

People from underprivileged areas are now enjoying its benefits. However, the full realization of this program requires a skilled workforce proficient in the use of computers. We believe computer education should now be compulsory for all, but not all the people of Bangladesh can afford the cost of this expensive education.

The program is overseen by a dedicated volunteer with a Master’s in Computer Engineering. Through this initiative, students gain valuable technological skills that open up new avenues for education and employment, helping break the poverty cycle. By empowering the youth with technology, SIMEC Foundation is playing a vital role in creating a more inclusive and prosperous future for all.
