Dr. Ratan Kumar Roy, Director of the SIMEC Research Center, participated as an invited speaker at a workshop held at the National University of Singapore on January 20, 2026. The workshop, titled The Politics of Post-Uprising Reform in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka: Rule of Law, Institutions, and Constitutional Reforms, was organized by the Rule of Law Programme Asia, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), NUS.
